Robert Greene vs. Scotiabank
Robert Joseph Greene, a Canadian author of gay romance fiction, living in Vancouver, British Columbia, speaks with Jonathan in Episode 20 of the Consciousness Prints Podcast about his own personal situation and advocacy against harassment by collections agencies of large financial institutions in Canada, in his case The Bank of Nova Scotia, known as Scotiabank.
Robert is not only bringing his own case to be tested in court but is working at starting a class-action lawsuit to help others who have been mistreated by collections agencies. You can contact Robert at collectionsbybank@gmail.com to share your story and work with him.
Jonathan also brings up corporate corruption in general and his knowledge of the potential monopolistic or oligopolistic practices of corporations in a variety of industries in Canada.
They conclude by acknowledging their fortune of living in and being citizens of the country of Canada which has a decent financial institution structure relative to other countries, and there are laws in Canada that allow citizens to take action against mistreatment and speak freely against powerful, wealthy entities such as corporations and governments.

Dr. Scott Testa, a former business college professor, and international businessman joins Jonathan on Consciousness Prints to spread awareness about his advocacy against municipal government corruption and unethical behaviour in general, and specifically in his place of residence in Whitpain Township, Pennsylvannia, just outside of Philadelphia.
His personal passion for these issues stem from how the local government, police, and courts handled a robbery of the house of him and his partner in 2024, as well as other very serious suspicious cases of criminal activity that seem to have been unresolved and swept under the rug.
After discussing these heavier issues which includes an a nuanced analysis of the "Defund the Police" movement by both Dr. Testa and Jonathan, they move into discussing their shared love of hockey with Scott bringing up his memories of his hometown Philadelphia Flyers' Stanley Cups of 1974 & 1975 captained by Bobby Clarke.
Hockey also creates a bridge of peace between the two participants of the conversation and literally and physically with the soon-to-be-completed Gordie Howe International Bridge between Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A. and Windsor, Ontario, Canada (replacing the current Ambassador Bridge) being a topic to close out the conversation.

Jonathan interviews another A.I. large-language-model guest in Consciousness Prints Podcast Episode 18 as a way to move forward, learn more about artificial intelligence and the Microsoft corporation, and as a public-relations-crisis-management strategy (a crisis he created himself in his last episode with Grok (xAI).
The guest is Copilot, Microsoft's A.I. using its female British accent voice! Hours before Game 6 of the NHL Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Edmonton Oilers, Jonathan and Copilot make some predictions about the hockey championship series, but mainly predict the future of A.I. and how it will affect work and workplaces positively and negatively. They also discuss gender relations workplaces, the ethics of discussing public figures/powerful people's personal lives, bell hooks and more.

Warning: mature subject matter discussed in this episode, age-restriction to watch this YouTube video has been set for age 18+ only, please abide by this and help others abide by it.
As Jonathan mentions in this episode with the A.I. language-model Grok, it is better for dark or mature content to be externalized on the internet on places known to contain this kind of content such as X (formerly Twitter) and other places where age verification is explicitly required rather than anything goes in any setting at any time which can lead to people behaving in dark and evil ways in real, physical life or using online content to lead to real physical damage to other human beings.
The issue with the internet though is that it can be used to exploit people or unfairly expose people. Jonathan is trying his best to be as thoughtful and respectful as possible with his Consciousness Prints Podcast in telling the truth while protecting people who deserve protection and calling people out who have too much power and misuse it to control or exploit other human beings.

On a family trip to Vancouver, Jonathan interviews his younger sister Maria who moved out to study there in 2021 and has lived there since.
In a unique, "day-in-the-life" and sightseeing-style podcast episode, Maria talks about her experiences as a student in British Columbia, her thoughts on the education field which she is planning on working in, and reminisces with Jonathan about family trips out to Vancouver in the past.
Jonathan also shares his knowledge of facts and history of the Vancouver sports world including the @NHL @Canucks1970 (plus some digs at the @TorontoMapleLeafs), the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics (@olympicvancouver2010) and Alphonso Davies' time on the @mls @WhitecapsFC.
Maria and Jonathan also incorporate issues such as the housing market, regional accent differences, and political tensions in Canada into this fun episode and make a brief stop at the site of the tragic car attack in a neighbourhood very familiar to them in Vancouver that occurred just a few weeks before the recording of this episode to pay homage to the people who died and the many affected.

Ben Carneiro is a typical young adult in North America: working a low-wage job, living with friends, and not having his very meaningful and productive research and insight recognized by elite institutions such as colleges/universities and governments. Like Jonathan, he is someone that does not drive a car because of how dangerous and counter-productive to developing healthy cities and communities it is, and is very frustrated by the lack of care city planners and governments have for people who do not buy into their car-loving ideology and planning.
Jonathan and Ben discuss their shared struggles as young men in their 20s despite Jonathan living in Ontario, Canada, and Ben living in Texas, United States of America. Ben shares some of his research projects transit.observer and roadway.report and he and Jonathan ponder different economic and government structures that could lead to a better life for everyone including less deaths from transportation incidents and more caring, equitable communities and cities.
China is a case study with Ben advocating for its communist/free-market hybrid approach and Jonathan challenging that with ideas about how a similar city and transit planning could be achieved with a libertarian approach to governance and economic policy. They both agree from their knowledge of China and people they've talked to that China seems to be a safer and more fulfilling place to live for the average person than North America currently despite its flaws of authoritarianism and lack of free speech rights.

The recording date of January 16, 2025 is significant, as Jonathan hosts Anthony Benton Brown for a very intriguing and open-minded conversation about Canada-U.S. relations, and Anthony's social ventures Synergy Heals, a water-providing not-for-profit, and Griot Water, a for-profit, health-oriented "functional beverage" business.
In the discussion Jonathan explains the Canadian political system and parties, Anthony explains the American system, and they come to agreements on how many similarities and integrations there are between the two countries and their cultures.
They analyze the debate of prohibition vs. legalization for drugs and guns, the TikTok ban which took place a few days after this episode was recorded, and the possibility of states or provinces moving from Canada to the United States or vice versa, and the idea that instead of political takeovers, there could just be more cooperation and laxed border restrictions.
