Who is "I"? I can say I am "I", you can say you are "I", whoever is conscious of being conscious can say they are "I". Does I = 1?

From the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible:
Exodus 3:14: "God said to Moses: 'I AM WHO I AM.'"
("I AM WHO I AM", communicated in Hebrew as YHWH => "Yahweh", denoted as LORD in English Bibles)
Revelation 1:8: "'I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come'"
John 8:57-58: "Then the Jews said to him, 'You are not yet fifty years old, and yet you have seen Abraham?' Jesus said to them 'Very truly I tell you, before Abraham was, I am.'"
John 10:7-10: "Jesus said to them, “Very truly, I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and bandits; but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."
John 10:11: "'I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.'"
John 11:25: "'Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?'"
John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life.'"
(When Jesus used the words "I am" was Jesus talking about Jesus or was Jesus talking about the universal "I"?)
Matthew 11:28: "Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest."
Luke 17:20-21: "'The kingdom of God is not coming with things that can be observed; nor will they say, 'Look here it is!' or 'There it is!' For in fact the kingdom of God is within you"
